How do I book an appointment for rubbish removal?
You can book your job or contact us for a quote online, or call us directly on 07 3062 6811 during office hours (Monday – Friday). Or send us pictures of your rubbish via email here. We’ll then make arrangements for a suitable pick up time/date that works best for you!
What types of Rubbish removal services do you offer?
We offer a full range of rubbish removal services, including household, construction, furniture, green waste, hazardous materials and industrial cleaning services.
Are there any limits to the amount of rubbish I can have removed?
No – we can remove as much or as little rubbish as you need. Just let us know and we’ll provide an appropriate solution for you.
Do I need to be present when the team arrives?
That’s not necessary, though it may be useful if difficult access needs to be navigated or there are dangerous materials stored on site. If required, our team will contact you prior to arrival so that you can meet them in person for any specific requirements.
Is your company insured and licensed?
Yes – our team is fully insured and licenced according to Australian regulations. We also guarantee all work is completed in compliance with relevant state laws and safety standards.
How soon can a rubbish removal team arrive at my home or business?
Depending on availability, we can usually organise same day pick up for most areas within Brisbane (other suburbs depending on availability). For larger jobs, we can arrange a convenient pick up time that works for you.
How do I know that my rubbish will be disposed of responsibly?
At Eco Rubbish Removal Brisbane, our team takes environmental responsibility seriously. We utilise only responsible and registered transfer stations when disposing of your waste to ensure it is managed in compliance with regulations and safety standards.

We accept all major credit cards – including Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc – as well as cash payments on completion of the job.
Do I need to provide plastic bags or containers for the rubbish?
No – our team comes equipped with everything they need to complete the job quickly and safely. So there’s no need for pre-prepared packaging materials.
Can I book ahead for a particular day or time slot?
Yes – simply let us know what time suits you best and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you recycle any items in my rubbish?
Absolutely – wherever possible, we collect and recycle usable items from your rubbish to ensure only the minimum ends up in landfill.
Are your staff trained and experienced?
Yes – our team are all fully qualified with years of experience in both hazardous materials handling and removal. You can rest assured knowing that your rubbish is being handled by professionals.
Are there any extra charges I should be aware of?
Not usually – we provide a no-surprise quotation system so you are informed of what’s involved before any job commences.
What personal protective equipment does your staff wear?
Our team always wear protective gloves and eye gear when handling hazardous material waste, so you can rest assured they’re taking appropriate safety measures while disposing of your waste responsibly.
Do you service locations outside Brisbane city limits?
Yes – whilst most jobs are serviced within the city limits, we will consider servicing rural areas – please contact us for more information.
Does your business contract with any other waste removal companies?

What hours do you work during the week?
We operate from 8am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. We also work weekends by appointment.
